[donotprint] Wednesday already? Ok so I’m not feeling that way this week! After a lovely weekend I’m longing for the weekend which is making the week drag ever so slightly!
Nothing like What I Ate Wednesday to put me back in high spirits! Lots of yummy food and some killer workouts combined with the fact that I’m slowly easing back in to running (ten minutes without pain during or after whoop!)…sure what’s not to smile about!
I’m not one for coffee, I’m not one for caffeine but all I’m seeing lately is iced coffee (Tina is the biggest culprit!) and it made me crave something along the lines of an iced coffee.
Bring on the banana coffee smoothie bowl! Topped with hazelnuts! Recipe tomorrow morning!
Next up was another amazing quinoa flake bake. It was akin to banana bread!
Banana – licious! Cacao nibs and all…a perfect single serving remedy to cure any banana bread craving! I’ll have the recipe up on Friday morning.
Bananas in my smoothie and bananas in my flake bake….and as I type this up I’m craving banana soft serve having tried it for the first time on Sunday night!

I’m not officially back in love with lentils! I’ve been living off chickpeas and I’d forgotten how good lentils are! Puy lentils…yum! Lots more tahini…even better! Recipe will be up tomorrow!
In between…can you guess…an apple filled my belly pre workout and then it was time for an amazing dinner.
