A pit stop

[donotprint] I don’t usually post during the day but I had mentioned over the weekend that I had a new circuit workout to share so I decided a quick pit stop was in order!

I’m a huge fan of supersets but of late I’ve been feeling the Circuit Buzz from Julie (the circuit workout queen!)

This circuit takes about 30 minutes and works pretty much the whole body but a predominant focus on legs and core! It’s a new favourite of mine so I hope you like it! Smile
