I’ve been promising new workouts left right and centre so I’m hitting you up with two today. Cardio and strength training…the perfect balance!
Since having injured my blooming foot (5 weeks ago today….) I’ve done no running. Not one iota…hard to believe to be honest. I’ve missed it for sure but with the cooler, wetter weather, dark mornings and windy days it couldn’t have come at a better time. Hopefully I’ll come back even stronger!
I do spinning classes 3-4 times a week; and on days that I don’t do spinning I switch it up with elliptical and stationary bike workouts. Below is my latest go to!
Nine times out of ten I’ll do cardio followed by some plyometrics or weights; this is a great circuit, keeping the body and mind moving.
