I baked these a few days ago, and they are SOOO tasty! My vegan baking is hit-and-miss, and this was a definite ‘hit’ that I will be making again! Thanks for the great recipe :)

Just made this salad on a whim for a family dinner, and it was such a hit! It was great to find something so tasty, because I’m currently restricted from gluten, dairy and soy and always searching for fresh, healthy choices. Thank you!!

Yum! They really don’t last long though . Might have to double the recipe next time!

I have made your chocolate buckwheat cake twice. The first time I followed the directions exactly. The second time I doubled the recipe and changed it slightly and it was even more delicious. Thank you so much.

Without this recipe, I would not have likely used buckwheat as a base for a cake. I freshly ground toasted buckwheat in my Vitamix and it works like a charm.

I love the creativity you display in this recipe. Thanks again.

I made this recipe for dinner tonight, substituting steamed collard greens for the spinach. It was a delicious shake up to my usual dinner routine! I have bookmarked many of your recipes and intend to make them soon, trying to document them on my blog as well. I appreciate that you make dishes that serve 1, as a single gal in the big city it’s a great resource for interesting recipes that will force me to take some new culinary risks. Thank you :)
