Well the title is quite the mouthful! But the tall pretty glassful or jarful promises to be a delicious mouthful right the way to the bottom! I created this one for Nushfoods and Pulsin, combining their plant proteins and the Nushfoods almond milk yogurt.
I’m not vegan, but I can’t and don’t do dairy. This time last year I tried reintroducing it, mainly just having the occasional ice cream, then the odd pizza here and there and one or two toasted cheese sandwiches for my childhood memories sake! I always find that if I crave something that’s not in my diet, I have a it for a while, and then more often than not, particularly if it causes digestive distress as it had previously, I end up just not really wanting it on a regular basis, or sometimes any basis. This is made all the more easy when there are so many genuinely awesome alternatives now available pretty much everywhere!
My go to with chia pudding is usually to opt for chocolate but I just love this raspberry almond combination. Much more palatable at breakfast, not that I’m usually opposed to chocolate first thing, but of late I feel like my chocolate and sweet tooth in general as diminished.
FYI this is not a sponsored post, I do create the content for Pulsin but I’m not paid or asked to promote their products on my own channels… however, the new Immunity Berry Super Shake Blend is fricking awesome! As soon as you open up the pack you get the beautiful waft of dried fruits from the pack. Tart cherry, raspberry, goji and strawberry are in the mix, it’s quite the combination. It would also be a delicious addition to a berry smoothie bowl!
