Chocolate Pudding Protein Oats

Chocolate pudding and oats in the same sentence! How amazing would your day be if you started it out with a bowl of oats like this! Loaded with delicious chocolate goodness and the new Pulsin Cacao Maca Supershake Blend, topped with caramalised banana and chocolate chips. It’s a bowl of oats to swoon over.

Of course that caramalised banana is just all the more delightful when cooked fresh so it’s more of a weekend breakfast treat, but one to look forward too and linger over when given the chance.

As I write this post it’s been 2.5 weeks since I had any chocolate. This coming from the chocolate addict! I’ve been trying to properly tackle my IBS and potential SIBO and in the process realised that there is a strong likelihood that it’s hydrogen sulphur SIBO thanks to having overdosed on high sulphur foods and made my situation so much worse. We live and learn!

I’m so keen to share all the learning I’ve been doing in the the hopes of helping other people. Every bodies body is so incredibly different but there will be some common approaches and tips that will definitely help in most cases. I will however hold tight until I’m feeling like I’ve actually managed to get over the hump and am well on the road to recovery.

In the meantime I shall just look at these oats and dream of all the delicious food in my future! I joke, because what’s actually happened is I’ve come to appreciate the natural flavours of even the most subtly flavoured foods. Potatoes, of the white variety, are my best friend right now!
