Cacao Peanut Butter Smoothie

I think I only like chocolate smoothies. Occasionally I’ll stir towards something blueberry based but generally if it’s got peanut butter or cacao or ideally both I’m all in.

Trying to create the perfectly balanced smoothie bowl can be a bit of tedious task….flavour, nutritional profile, all the super food powders. This one is delicious, nutritious and super simple to make thanks to the amazing blend that is DARE Liberate Motivational shake.

If I’m going to have a smoothie it’s got to be epic, because for the most part I prefer chew-able food. I do usually crave something cold and creamy, ideally sweet, in the evenings so whether I decide to have this as a sweet alternative to a traditional dinner, an evening snack or dessert, it satisfies on all counts.

I went to an extra little bit of effort and cut out some banana shapes on top which of course is totally not necessary, but totally recommended to bring a smile to your own or someone else’s face before you dig in!

At the moment as far as I know Dare are still working on the logistics behind making the shake available to order to those in Ireland, but if you’re in the UK make the most of the 20% discount on your first order when you subscribe to the newsletter on the site at the moment!
