Peanut Butter Date Truffles

Homemade chocolate coated peanut butter bites. These make for a delicious homemade treat any time of the day and equally are a lovely treat to box up and gift someone with.

Truffles are not just for Christmas! These are the truffles you need in your life to spark a little snack joy, or perhaps gift a little snack joy.

I love having a sweet snack with a mug of matcha in the afternoon and usually in the evening. It’s a beautiful way to end the day. These are one of my go to snacks to have on hand for when I want something delicious and subtly nutritious.
