I introduce you to the new Dare Liberate! A complete shake blend with plant protein from various sources, oats, flaxseeds, cacao…all sweetened lightly with stevia. It’s quite the unique mix. Delicious just as it is, you can add it to your shaker with water any time of the day and feel beautifully satisfied as it provides a nice rounded nutritional punch.
However, it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t try to incorporate it into a few recipes!
I love me a no bake snack bar, especially one that satisfies my appetite from all angles, has an awesome texture and is made with minimal effort and ingredients. These tick all the boxes!
Chewy, peanut buttery and delightfully chocolaty. What more could you want in a snack bar! Mixed in one bowl and ready in about 30 minutes flat.
Also keep your eyes out over on my Instagram page for a Dare Liberate giveaway and some more general product information over the next couple of weeks!
