These could not be easier. I’m usually more of a chocolate or vanilla ice cream or popsicle kind of girl, ideally coated in chocolate too. However, I am partial to a fruity yet cream creation!!!
These popsicles are just the ticket!
Made with Natures Charm Evaporated Coconut milk, they just require a little blending and then into your popsicle moulds the mixture goes. I did recently buy some silicon ones which are game changing! It’s so easy to remove the popsicles from the moulds, I haven’t stopped experimenting, but these have been the most noteworthy and so I had reason to share.
Four ingredients, minimal effort, and even if the sun isn’t shining you’ll be transported briefly to someplace tropical.
If you’re not a pineapple fan as I know some people aren’t, my niece being one of them, you could sub in fresh mango instead! I’m pretty sure you could also use canned fruit, drained of it’s juice as well, let me know if you try it!
Blend together evaporated coconut milk and pineapple until smooth. Pulse in lime zest and then stir through the passionfruit. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and place into the freezer to set overnight! Pineapple Passionfruit Popsicles
